Privacy notice
RadMCQ is an invite-only beta for FRCR 2A practice. This page explains, in plain English, what we keep about you, why, who can see it, and how to get a copy or have it deleted.
Who is responsible
RadMCQ is run by Hasan Raad, who is responsible for your data. Contact: support@radmcq.co.uk.
What we store
- Your email address, to sign you in and to send invitations and password-reset emails.
- Your display name and, if you add one, your exam date.
- Your answers: the options you choose, changes of answer, flags, struck-out options, the time spent on each question, your scores and your sessions.
- Your notes on questions.
- Error reports you send about questions.
A few settings stay on your device only and never reach us: your theme, reading size, the area you last chose on Home and whether you have seen the tips. Your browser's time zone is sent in a cookie so that days in your progress match your own days. Sign-in uses a session cookie.
Why we store it
To run your practice and save your progress across devices, to show you your progress, and to fix the questions you report. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Who can see it
- You can see your own data. No other learner can see your answers, notes or name.
- Hasan Raad, as the RadMCQ administrator, can see account and practice data to run the beta, answer error reports and carry out your requests below.
- If a percentile rank is ever switched on, it is worked out from all learners' right-first-time scores without showing anyone else's data.
- The service runs on Supabase (database and sign-in) and Vercel (the web app). They store and process the data for us and do not use it for their own purposes.
Where it is stored: London, United Kingdom (Supabase and Vercel).
Our logs never contain your answers, notes or password.
A copy of your data, or deletion
Email support@radmcq.co.uk from the address you sign in with to ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted. During the beta, the administrator carries out these requests by hand. Deletion removes your profile, answers, sessions and notes; error reports you sent are kept without your name, so question fixes are not lost.
You can also ask us to correct your data. You have the rights given by the data protection law that applies to you — for example the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR or Oman's Personal Data Protection Law.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you ask for deletion, it is removed from the live database, and it disappears from backups as they expire.
